Planetarium Show w/Native American Storyteller Larry Plamondon

As part of the November Art Hop, “Sky Legends of the Three Fires” – three Native American stories about the night sky – will be featured at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum Planetarium.

Noted for his knowledge of the traditional stories of the Anishinaabe, Native American storyteller and contributor to the planetarium show Larry Pun Plamondon will give a live presentation during the event.

Music will also be performed by the Southern Straight Singers, a drum group featuring members of the Potawatomi, Odawa, Ponca, Sioux, and Commanche tribes.
